Team size: from small teams of 20 people to gatherings of 500+ guests. Lead time: 3 to 4 weeks is ideal; smaller office celebrations can be done in about 7 days.
Branded Décor & Stage for Corporate Events!
Honestly, a lot of corporate event companies leave décor till the end. We do the opposite. Your guests notice the room before anything else, and so does the camera. Send us the logo files and your colour codes. We’ll match the drapes, flowers and lights to them, and print the backdrop, standees, table cards and direction boards in your fonts.
The entry gets a welcome arch and a registration counter that looks like it belongs with the stage. One more thing that helps: our frames and props come out of our own workshop. If the CEO decides two days before the event that the backdrop needs a tagline, that’s a fixable problem.
Offsites & Team Events!
Nobody wants to spend their corporate offsite chasing vendors. When you take a company offsite to Goa, Udaipur or Mussoorie, we look after the event side of things. That covers the welcome setup, meeting room layout, a theme night, maybe a bonfire or a poolside evening.
Not going far? We also do corporate team events and outdoor corporate events at farmhouses and lawns nearby, with shade, seating and space for games. Inside offices, on lawns and at resorts, we set up activity corners, comfortable seating and a few branded props so the photos still look like your company.
What Each Corporate Event Needs
Annual day and awards night: your stage carries the company logo, there’s a proper podium, and the award table sits where winners can reach it without squeezing past chairs. We light the stage keeping the photographer in mind, because those pictures end up on LinkedIn the next morning. Product launch: the product is the hero, so we build the reveal around it with a covered display, spotlights, a branded entry and a photo wall.
Conference and seminar: delegates should never have to ask where Hall B is. We arrange the seating, registration desk, podium and screen positions, then put up clear signage across the venue. Dealer and channel partner meet: your partners travel to attend, so expect neat product display areas and a dinner arrangement that feels a step above the usual.
Diwali and holiday parties: for a corporate holiday party in October, think diyas, marigold strings, rangoli and warm lights. December is different. A corporate Christmas party gets a tree, some red and gold, and a cosier feel overall.

Measurements, power points and the hours the venue lets us in.

4. We Prepare
Branding and props get made in our own workshop.
5. Event Day and Wrap Up
We finish setting up early and your coordinator stays till the end. Then everything comes down and the venue is left clean.
How Corporate Event Pricing Works?
We don’t have a fixed rate card for corporate work, and there’s a good reason. A 40 person office lunch and a 400 seat annual day are completely different jobs.
As corporate event organisers, we price your event by looking at your brief. What you get is a quote with every item listed separately. Your accounts team will thank you.

1. What corporate events do you manage?
Most office events, really. Annual days, award nights, product launches, conferences, seminars, dealer meets, Diwali and Christmas parties, offsites and team building days. The plan changes with each one. A launch in a hotel ballroom needs a very different layout from a team lunch on your office terrace, so we design every event separately.
2. Can you brand the décor with our company colours?
Yes, and we’d recommend it. Send your logo and colour codes. We match the backdrop, drapes, flowers and lights to them, then print standees, table cards and signboards in your fonts. Before anything goes into production, you’ll see a design preview and can ask for changes.
3. How early should a corporate event be booked?
Three to four weeks ahead works well for annual days, launches and conferences. That leaves time for the venue visit, your approvals and printing. A small office celebration can often happen within a week. Just keep in mind that October to December fills up fast because of festive parties.
4. Do you organise company offsites?
Yes. We arrange offsite setups at resorts near Patnitop, Surinsar and Mansar, within a few hours of the city. Offsite quotes generally include transport and crew stay costs.
5. How much does a corporate event cost?
It depends on what you need. Guest count, venue size, stage design, the amount of branding, flowers and setup timing all change the number. Once we understand your brief, we send an itemised quote. Every line is shown separately, so getting approval from HR or finance becomes much easier.
